Absolutely not. Come as you are, tight hamstrings, wobbly balance and all. Reformer Pilates meets you where you are and helps you level up.

Yes! With guidance, it’s one of the best low-impact options for recovery, joint support, and injury prevention. Just give me a head up with what’s going on.

The reformer adds resistance and support, making some moves easier and others way spicier. Bonus: You don’t have to lie on the floor the whole time.

Think: comfy, fitted workout clothes. Avoid anything too loose (it can get caught in the springs). Grip socks are usually required, bonus points if they’re cute.
